We explored what is needed to Build, Become and Belong.
In the mortgage industry, the words Build, Become, Belong carry immense significance, especially in a landscape where only 10% of ethnic minority professionals hold leadership positions and where the largest ethnicity pay gaps persist.
To 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱, we must lay the foundation for equality and opportunity, creating pathways for diverse talent to grow and thrive. It’s about constructing spaces where individuals can succeed and lead, regardless of background.
